The most popular pickup truck Ford Ranger is getting an off-road Tremor package. The recently spied photos confirm that claim. Moreover, the new 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor prototype that is caught testing is wearing some exterior upgrades. If you didn’t know, this package was also introduced on the F-250 and F-350 models, and Ranger is getting the same treatment.
However, the Tremor package will deliver to Ranger more off-road goodies. Basically, if one needs more rugged styling and way better off-road ability, we think that the famous Raptor variant is a great choice. However, this model will not be gentle to your pocket as the Tremor model.

2021 Ford Ranger Tremor Styling
The first spy photos of the 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor are finally available. After so many rumors, this model is coming. Interestingly, at first look, the spied prototype comes with the same dimensions and shape as the regular Ranger mid-size truck. However, because heavy camo covers the front fascia, we cannot be sure what is going on beneath the skin. Interestingly, the cab is completely exposed this time, and there are some small improvements.
Moreover, Ranger Tremor will probably get a lifted suspension resulting in higher ride height. Thanks to that, buyers can expect much better comfort on the bumping roads. Also, we heard that Dana limited-slip front differential, shift-on-the-fly locking rear differential, and a rock crawling mode would be included. On the side, we can see that Blue Oval added new all-terrain tires resulting in a sportier design.
Interior Rumors
At this moment, there are no much details available regarding the cabin of 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor. From what we heard, this model will combine plenty of cues from the regular Ranger and Raptor variant.
Moreover, because Tremor is the only package, the dimensions and shape of the Ranger will remain the same. So, we can expect the same layout inside and the same comfort. Most likely that the Tremor package will include power-adjustable front heated seats, the latest Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.

2021 Ford Ranger Tremor Engine Specs
The next-generation 2021 Ford Ranger will finally get Tremor package. This mid-size pickup truck is in the works, and from the info that we got, it could arrive with the same engine as the regular one. The latest Ranger Tremor will use a turbocharged 2.3-liter DOHC engine that will probably deliver 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. This unit will definitively use a ten-speed automatic transmission also seen on the F-150 model.
Of course, we can expect the fuel economy to be significantly improved. Alongside that, Ranger will reportedly also offer two diesel engines in Australia and Europe. Basically, customers should expect 2.0-litre twin-turbo powerplant with 210 hp (157 kW) and a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 250 hp.
Price and Release Date
The all-new 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor will be more off-road-oriented than the regular model. According to plenty of rumors, the Tremor model should cost no less than $32,000. This is an excellent deal because regular Ranger starts at $28,000.
As you can see, the Tremor off-road package is very affordable, and it cost an additional $4,000. Generally, the release of this model will probably happen sometime at the beginning of 2021. More details will be available soon.
