The release date of the upcoming Tesla Cybertruck is reportedly postponed for the following year. After debuting in 2019, the company promised we’d see the new electric pickup truck in late 2021. However, according to the latest statement, the production of the 2023 Tesla Cybertruck won’t start until 2022 at the earliest. Following that, the manufacturer will probably make some improvements to deliver customers much more for invested money.
To summarize, the new electric pickup truck that was showed in 2019 has an odd exterior look and even an odder interior. The Cybertruck is available with not just one but three electric motors. From the information that we got, the model that deploys a single-motor truck has rear-wheel drive, while two- and three-motor models come with all-wheel drive as standard.

2023 Tesla Cybertruck Design
Thanks to the unibody construction, as opposed to the traditional body-on-frame, the new 2023 Tesla Cybertruck is a proportionally very compact pickup truck. The design is futuristic thanks to its shape and LED-strip lights. We also noticed the lack of windshield wipers, but Tesla has filed for a patent covering electromagnetic wipers.
Interestingly, this truck comes with no paint because the finish is rust-resistant stainless steel. After the fiasco in the presentation of this truck and shattered glass, the manufacturer added more ultra-strong and armored glass with polymer-layered composite. According to Tesla, the new Cybertruck also offers a 6.5-footbed with 100 cubic feet of lockable storage. The bed comes with an integrated ramp, which is perfect for towing an ATV.
Interior Looks Modern Somehow and Odd at the Same Time
Inside, the new 2023 Tesla Cybertruck looks quite odd. Actually, stepping in, you will first notice that there’s no steering wheel. Instead, the manufacturer uses an aircraft-style yoke. Moreover, in terms of size, the Cybertruck is wide enough to fit six occupants, three per seating row. In general, the Cybertruck could be easily described as a crew cab. Under the rear seats, we found great storage space to place your goodies. Another storage is beneath the hood or frunk.
In terms of techs, the Cybertruck has to offer many of them. A 17-inch infotainment display, rearview camera mirror, advanced safety features, and a tonneau cover is the little part what this model has to offer.

2023 Tesla Cybertruck Engine Specs
The new 2023 Tesla Cybertruck is available with three electric motors. The entry-level model comes with a single-motor that’s available to the rear-wheel drive, while the two and three-motor are available only with an all-wheel-drive system. Moreover, Tesla claims the single motor has a range of 250-plus miles, while dual motors will provide 300-plus miles of range. The top-tier tri-motor setup should provide more than 500 miles on a single charge.
The manufacturer also stated that Cybertruck would go from zero to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 130 mph with three motor setups. As for the towing, this futuristic truck will be able with single and dual-motor to maximum tow of 7500 and 10,000 pounds, respectively. However, with a third motor, it will be able to pull 14,000 pounds.

Release Date and Price
As mentioned, the manufacturer confirms the delay for the upcoming 2023 Tesla Cybertruck pickup. So, we should expect it to hit stores sometime in 2022.
The cheapest one starts at $39,900, while the model that comes with three motors is less than $70,000. Of course, there’s still a lot we don’t know about this amazing truck, but we are hoping for more information in the coming weeks.
